3 days of volunteering at the Special Olympics Pennsylvania Winter Games at Seven Springs Resort — helping athletes experience the joy, confidence, and excitement of competition on the mountain.
Josh, from ATP, began his involvement supporting these athletes since 2019. From leading the opening ceremony, to assisting athletes on the slopes, and presenting medals at the final awards ceremony, time spent with these amazing competitors provides life lessons for all:
• Win or lose, have a great time doing what you love.
• Respect and support your fellow competitors in the sport that connects you all.
• Enjoy life. Be prepared to smile, laugh and have fun. Its good for your heart.
