Advanced Technology Products, Inc. (ATP) has carefully reviewed the State of Ohio, Department of Health (DOH) Director’s Stay at Home Order issued March 22, 2020. We have determined that we are an “essential business” under the DOH guidelines as our manufactured products support the construction, hardware, plumbing, food and beverage and transportation industries. Therefore, ATP will remain open while following all of the DOH and Centers for Disease Control safety protocols.
As the health and safety of our associates is of primary importance, please note that our three facilities are on lockdown. No visitors are permitted during this period and we have written procedures that all delivery personnel must follow. A copy of the procedure is available by contacting Mr. Jim Mann, our Quality Control Manager, at (937) 349-5054 or e-mail at jmann@atp4pneumatics.com.
In addition, all associates that can work from home have been instructed to do so. This may result in slight delays on order confirmation and other correspondence. This can be limited if your e-mail is to a specific associate as opposed to our orders@atp4pneumatics.com or info@ATP4pneumatics.com addresses. If possible, we ask our customers to place new purchase orders by e-mail instead of fax.
