ATP’s Safety-Twist™ Coupling provides users with a unique method of making compressed air connections. The Safety-Twist Connects like any automatic coupling by simply inserting the plug. During disconnection the user must first twist the locking ring, which vents all downstream air pressure.
The locking operation is an excellent feature to avoid unintended disconnection, especially when joining two hoses.
In addition to the safety features, Safety-Twist™ couplings also connect to 1/4” sized Industrial, Automotive, and ARO interchanges.
Like all other ATP pneumatic quick-disconnect couplings, the Safety-Twist™ is constructed of Chrome-Plated Steel, and contains six locking balls for added stability and durability.
